Shipping & Handling
We take exceptional care to assure your order will arrive to you in perfect condition. Express orders placed before 12PM Central Time, will ship the same day. All other orders will ship within 1 business day, but this timing may vary. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9-6, pacific time. So if your order is placed in the evening or on the weekend, please keep in mind that it will not be received until the next business day.

Backorders
To help keep our shipping charges low, we will ship your order once all items are in stock. If one (or more) of your items is not in stock, but you would like your in-stock items sent out immediately, please request that shipping method during checkout.
International Shipping Charges
Special note about flat rate shipping charges: Our international shipping charges are designed to make it easy for you to shop, knowing that whether you purchase one item or 10, the shipping charge will not exceed a certain amount.
International transit times vary, depending on the destination country. Please also note that international shipments are often slowed down by customs inspections.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. undiewash.com cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Return Policy- Retail Customers
Returns received within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund or exchange. During the holiday season from November to the end of December - this return period is extended to 45 days. Merchandise must be unopened and unused. We only accept returns on items purcahsed from undiewash.com, not items purchased from other retailers' stores or websites.
Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
Return Instructions- Retail Customers
Email us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns require an authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unopened and unused. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Please ship prepaid, we do not accept COD or freight collect. And we highly suggest using insured and/or trackable shipping.
